Registration Guidelines

After the payment process, you have to manage the following documents: Proof of the studentship (for student authors only), and Payment Proof (Bank Slip or Online Transaction Proof)

(For student) if the validation of your student ID has already expired, please provide additional proof of your student validity (i.e., a Recommendation Letter from the chairman/head of the dept.) along with other documents.

The proof of student and payment proof should be renamed with PaperID_Student, and PaperID_Payment, respectively. For professional participants, only upload payment slip with the following format: PaperID_Payment.Then, take them into a folder and create a zip file renamed with PaperID. Then, complete your registration through (-> Registration Link ). You can also put PaperID in the reference section of your transaction slip

For multiple submissions, fill in the information for multiple papers in the registration portal. Then, create a folder for each paper with a PaperID and upload their proofs in each folder, renamed with PaperID. Therefore, take these folders in a main folder (i.e., rename the main folder with PaperID-1_PaperID-2), zip them, and upload them to the provided Registration Link. Currently, a participant can register for at most two papers. If you have more than two papers, you have to register them with another participant.
